What data we process

This website is static and stores no personal data on its own servers. The booking form does not send data to this site: when you press «send», WhatsApp opens on your device with the message you wrote (name, date, time and number of guests), which you send yourself. That transmission is governed by the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process your data solely to handle your booking or enquiry, on the basis of your consent and the pre-contractual relationship. We do not share your data with third parties or use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your booking or enquiry and thereafter for any legally required periods.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to restaurantebaydal@gmail.com. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
